On a great hiking day, under sunny skies, nine of us OTHH took a walk up Kearsarge North (a 52WAV), overlooking North Conway. The last of the snow and ice up high was just about gone, and we made the ascent in a half hour less than "book time." Atop the well-maintained fire tower on the summit, the 360-degree views were great, as usual, including Mt Washington to the north, with snow visible here and there. Below, as we were about to start back down, are Wharton, Steve M., Dick, Jane, Marie, Ginger, and Michele.
