Today a large group of 17 gathered to celebrate the life of our friend and fellow hiker, Doug Butler.
Doug passed away suddenly before Christmas, and today we honored him at Lonesome Lake, which was the first hike he joined the Over the Hill Hikers on in May of 2021.

Pam made a carrot cake to add to the life celebration. Doug was an accomplished hiker, who certainly left us all with great memories of hikes we enjoyed with him. He will be missed.
