Friday January 27th- Snow shoe / Hike #4

This week we were over in Center Harbor visiting with Susan Allen on the Waukewan Golf Course. It was a 2 mile loop down the course and through the woods.

Susan's home overlooks the Squam Lake Range with Rattle Snake and Mount Isreal hiding behind the big pine.

Although the wind was whipping, the sun kept peeking out, making for a wonderful hike!

Friday January 20th 

There was a total of 14 (and Scout!) who met up at the DeMaios!

Led by Linda and Shirl, we snowshoed on the Partridge Hill section of the Bearcamp River Trail. (Pictures by Susan)

A lunch of wild rice soup and Thai chicken soup was enjoyed back at Elaines!
