Volunteerism, it's so rewarding!

Eight volunteers worked on four sections of the Bearcamp River Trail on Saturday, June 22nd.  Thanks to everyone who helped: Rose Roberts, Pam Alexander, Mark Longley, Griff O’Brien, Jane Albert, Shirley Stanek, Cynthia Birr, and Jean Knox.

This means that approximately 62 hours of volunteer work were given by 18 volunteers (10 on June 8th, see previous post) to do maintenance along this beautiful hiking trail.

We could not omit our thanks for the 25 hours of trail work that Fred Lavigne, Steve Swift, and four volunteers did from the Hyde Mowing School to maintain Sandwich Notch Park.

OR, the additional 2.5 hours of work along the lovely Red Hill Pond Trail that Fred did!  Thank you so much!!!

If you are interested in helping out with trail maintenance in the future, please let us know!  We would love to have your helping hands!
